Vetcoin is backed by the parent company YUNA LLC, where the co-founders are Irina and Vyatcheslav
Antipin. The initiative began when Irina, who was previously a volunteer in pet shelters, developed
her IT skills and subsequently collaborated with Vyatcheslav Antipin. In November 2019, they started
work on a project aiming to allow developers to build and release a social network with a crypto
token reward system.
Vyatcheslav Antipin and Irina, both with experience in pet volunteering and IT, established the Petgeo
social network in 2023 with the help of IT developers. They implemented the Vetcoin internal token,
which was registered as a trademark by the European Union Intellectual Property Office in June 2020.
Since its launch, YUNA LLC has been dedicated to advancing the charitable purposes of the Vetcoin token
